[REVERT] Revert hot fix changes to adhere to new dashboard naming convention

Current Behavior

#3789 introduces hot fix changes to adhere to the new dashboard naming conventions.

Expected Behavior

These changes should be:

1. If the Lakeview API reverts the new naming conventions, this PR can be reverted
2. If the Lakeview API does NOT revert the new naming conventions:
   • Update LSQL to validate the new naming conventions lsql#356
   • Update LSQL so that the tile names always adhere to the new naming conventions lsql#355
   • Revert removing the filter tile (see Let dashboard name adhere to naming convention #3789)
   • Update, test and rewrite the new UCX dashboard names to be developer and user friendly (see Let dashboard name adhere to naming convention #3789)
