This PR introduces the following changes:
diagram_flowchart.svgdj.config()for the tutorial / DevContainers is now intutorial_pipeline.pyinstead of__init__.py.elementsinsetup.pywill now install directly from GitHub instead of PyPI versions which are no longer updated.
