Removes everything Raven/Sentry (originally added in 2018 but we don't have the login anymore, acc probably disabled tbh we were getting error spam in the console from that shi)

Now we log to stdout so it can be seen in whatever container management web interface you guys use for monitoring. Hook that up to your Grafana instance in the future if you're extra cool 😎
