Support cassandra 4.1 cassandra.yaml

does cass-config-builder works properly with cassandra 4.1 ?
We noticed that if we use cassandra 4.1 with cass-config-builder, cassandra.yaml has a lot of deprecated values (like in 3.1/4.0)
So it looks like it just use cassandra.yaml from older versions
