Stop publishing non-ubi images #66
Description
These images are not used by any of our other projects (cass-operator, k8ssandra-operator bundle the UBI images), but automated bots are spamming about vulnerabilities in these images.
Since they're not apparently of any interest to anyone else than automated scans, we should stop publishing them to reduce maintenance.
