Flow history analysis

Further explore and develop a clear and easy way to look into the history of the flows and debug or deduce future enhancements.

This should include as a start the following features:

• Separate analysis between different groups of flows, also within the same version_group_id (i.e. within statline-bq flow, separate cbs from external, and external into different sources)
• Get in-depth look into which task failed (will likely be handy to add names to task runs based on inputs, see here.
• Ability to get different types of logs (ERROR, WARNING, etc.)

Extra features:

• Ability to look at start parameters of failed tasks. i.e. Use case: a statline_bq flow run has a FAILED status. That means some of its tasks have failed. I want to know which dataset id has failed.
