replaces HW spi, keeps same pinout for 'pico' build, see Makefile to select between 'vgaboard' and 'pico'

I redid the pull request now that I actually have a proper fork at a more appropriate level.
Edit: sorry I forgot to switch the PICO_SDK_PATH export and PICO_BOARD_KIND to your environment.
