Recent cmakes have dropped support for cmake < 3.5 and generate a warning when finding that the minimum version required is too old (actually ancient in this particular case).

Recent
cmakeversions have dropped support for cmake < 3.10 and generate a warning when finding that the minimum version required is too old (actually ancient in this particular case). Such a warning can be seen in the CI runs of the first commit of this PR.
