The changes made in dbashford#39 clobber any option passed at the command line. In light of dbashford#54 this code is unnecessary anyway.

My use case depends on paragraphs from .doc/docx files. With
preserveLineBreaksI was getting paragraphs 72 characters long. Catdoc by default break lines after 72 characters for better readability in terminal so I have added extra option to disable this behaviour.
