https://dev.databus.dbpedia.org/ontologies all groups/artifacts are not being indexed

I found that everything is working correctly for:
✅ https://databus.dbpedia.org/jfrey

However, I am unable to reach:
❌ https://dev.databus.dbpedia.org/ontologies (Page not reachable)

Since @JJ-Author Could you confirm if this is expected behavior, or if there’s a way to reproduce this issue?
