The Issue

How This PR Solves The Issue

Fixes serve for static /adminer.css file.
Overrides /usr/local/bin/entrypoint.sh to make dark themes like dracula work.

Manual Testing Instructions

ddev add-on get https://github.com/ddev/ddev-adminer/tarball/refs/pull/50/head
ddev restart
ddev dotenv set .ddev/.env.adminer --adminer-design=dracula
ddev adminer # see Dracula theme
