I dunno how you configured your git, but it didn't recognize to be related to your gh account, thus CI could not be started. I fixed the commit, you are still the author of the commit. Anyway ty for the PR |

The

refresh_ratefield already existed inConfigClientbut had no UI.This PR adds a DragValue widget to the graphics settings to allow users to set a max FPS limit (0 = unlimited).
