Update from dds-bridge/dds to sorenhein/dds
In certain rare cases (very rare), v2.8.1 does not return a complete and correct list of par contracts (the par score should be correct). This is the same fix that was applied retroactively to v2.5.2
Should have been a branch.
The latter is gcc-specific.
Use int64_t instead of __int64

.gitignore now ignores *.swp files.
