docs: add knowledge graph MCP explanation#27
Conversation
Creates `docs/knowledge-graph-mcp.md` to explain how the Knowledge Graph works when queried via the MCP standalone server. Details include the tool schema (what the LLM sees), mocked example JSON responses, relationship computation rules, and architectural limitations such as the Node ABI boundary logic duplication.
