Commit after every sub-feature task (not just per feature) enabling granular git bisect and precise failure recovery across sessions.

Identified in Anvil competitive analysis (#114).

Closing: Per-feature atomic commits already work well. Per-task granularity creates noisy git history without meaningful benefit.
