Looks like I'll have to manually push this to master as github actions insist on requiring go 1.13. Any comments on the readme tweaks? |

This changes the Go requirement from 1.13/1.14 to 1.14/1.15.
Also some tweaks to the wording in README.md to reflect the client status better.
