This adds integration tests that assert the correct behavior of restoring a wallet under various scenarios. In particular, both SPV and RPC syncers and both legacy and SLIP0044 wallets are tested under scenarios that were known to cause missed transactions.

The integration tests are gated under

This is currently a draft because of the above requirement and because the tests are failing due to various small syncing bugs (that will be fixed in upcoming PRs).
