Phytium CANFD ususally is not supported without explicit specifying in
ACPI. Therefore, the default mode under ACPI should be CAN rather than
CANFD.

Because the finally clock frequency of px210 has been decreased to 480M,
update the struct member clock_freq of phytium_can_pci_data to match the
updated design.

This patch is designed to optimize the issue of low performance
in CAN communication at 1Mbps,as there is a waste of time in the
interaction between software and hardware.
