Performing an nscf calculation with DFT+U returned a "dmr is not set" error in LTS version.

Describe the bug

Dear developer,
I performed an nscf calculation with DFT+U using the ABACUS LTS version. However, the abacus printed an error message stating "dmr is not set". Interestingly, the same nscf calculation with DFT+U works fine in version 3.6.0. The input file and error message are shown below.

Thanks for your report, you can delete setting of "cal_force" and "cal_stress" when "calculation nscf" is used to avoid this error, I will fix this in v3.10.1.
