Describe the Testing Issue

The Coverage Analysis Test cannot work since v3.9.0.1. The problems including:

1. The download link of Codecov-cmake cannot work.
2. sum_cube.exe cannot be recognized by Gtest/Lcov/Gcov.
3. Some related pathes of .cpp files in some CMakeList.txt are redundant for Gtest/Lcov/Gcov to recognize.
