Describe the bug

The memory usage increased during geometry relaxation with the implicit solvation model.

Here is an example. In mem_abacus_rss.log, the memory usage increased from 3 GB to ~7 GB after 8 steps of relaxation. The example may take 30 minutes on a PC with an AMD 7950X.
