This PR introduces specialized GPU operators to accelerate the sincos computation bottlenecks in stress calculations, a extending work of PR #6265.
Furthermore, this series of work represents a comprehensive refactoring of the force and stress calculation framework, establishing a unified computational pattern that enhances both maintainability and performance across different hardware backends.
