Job type-specific criteria for normal termination

Orca reports a "normal termination" flag even if the job failed. This is very misleading and means that the actual success of the job should be evaluated on job type-specific criteria. This is the case for optTS jobs hitting the "Geometry (TS) optimization failed with return code 2" problem: they faile to converge, but end reporting "ORCA TERMINATED NORMALLY"
