Render other web map services

We implemented TileJSON in #311. This issue is to track the others:

• 3D tiles
• OGC WMS
• OGC WMTS: feat: wmts #316
• PMTiles
• XYZ

It'd be good to get STAC examples of each that we can test against. cc @hrodmn

The WMTS service has a time dimension that lends itself well to an interactive web map but the default view gives you the "latest" layer I think.
