library should support both devfile 2.0 and 2.1 #326
Description
As devfile api 2.0 has been GA'ed, and the latest master is tagged as 2.1, library should support both versions.
keep a copy of 2.0 schema in 2.0 directory and move latest master schema to 2.1 directory.
library should be backward compatible on minor version change
