Description
Add FAQ page to documentation for most common questions/problems. The intention is to help the user to self-service and reduce the requirement of contacting us for help. This will be an on-going document that we'll add entries as we go questions from devfile users/writers as needed.
The initial content of the FAQ will need to gather from current adopters/users, e.g. devfile/sample writers, e.g. MW teams, who provide the stacks, tools provider like odo, etc.
