Registry Viewer should have a Try It Out feature

Why is this needed? Is your feature request related to a problem?
When users are browsing the devfiles via registry.devfile.io, it would be cool and nice to have an environment for users to try out the devfiles via a Try It Out button

Detailed description:
The Try it Out feature should launch a Kubernetes env, so that users can play with the devfiles as they're browsing the viewer.

Describe the solution you'd like

Possible options are the Sandbox which comes with ODC and they can use the devfile samples for building the sample and launching it.

Other option could be a vanilla Kube env with odo installed, so that the users can try out the devfile stacks.
