Support setting annotations for service/endpoints in DevWorkspaces

Description

The Devfile API defines container component fields

• .annotations.service - define annotations to be added to the workspace kubernetes service
• .endpoints[].annotation - define annotations to be added to the route/ingress created for a specific endpoint Add Annotations to DevWorkspaceRouting Endpoints CRD #1292

These fields should be supported by DWO. In cases where no route/ingress is created (e.g. cluster/cluster-tls routing classes) we should either ignore this field or apply the annotations to the workspace service instead.
