[BUG] Phoenix icons issues

I have searched through the issues and didn't find my problem.

Bug description

Several issues:

1. phoenix-original-wordmark contains raster image, used as shadow for text.
2. phoenix-plain-wordmark contains gradients (black to black), but it is supposed to be a monotone image, so color removal was done incorrectly.

Possible fixes or solutions

Fix palette, remove raster image
