[BUG] issues in ballerina icons

I have searched through the issues and didn't find my problem.

Bug description

There are multiple issues with ballerina icons:

• Icons have height of 128.00001 instead of 128
• Line icon uses stroke
• Icons without text are not scaled properly, leaving huge padding on all sides
• ballerina-line.svg doesn't even render, though I'm not sure what's wrong with it because code looks good

Possible fixes or solutions

Clean up icons, redo line icons
