[FEATURE]: Update bot in-develop labeler to accept more kinds of closing statements

Users could use multiple close statements. The complete list can be seen here.
To make the process easier, I thought of making an array including all the keywords, then checking if the PR contains one of those keywords.

If we make put this code into a method we'd only need to change the following:

1. repo should be devicons/devicon
2. Get the pr number from the artifact created by check-bot.
3. The print statement should be replaced with a return statement like so: return [ i["href"] for i in issueForm.find_all("a")].

Then we can simply loop through the issues in the in-develop-labeler.py script
