[BUG] Jetbrains didn't get their icon updated. #900

Bug description
When someone updates an icon (by making a normal new icon PR but changing the original), the icon should be rebuild. However, it seems that Jetbrains didn't under go this process.
Possible fixes or solutions
This could have been done before I made the script rebuild any icons that were updated. Hopefully, merging #899 would trigger the proper build.
Additional information
Don't need to work on this but should keep an eye out when the next release happens.
