I'm an IT professional with real-world experience handling tier 1 and tier 2 support — account provisioning, Active Directory management, remote desktop troubleshooting, and incident resolution through ServiceNow ITSM, all while hitting SLA targets daily.
Beyond the help desk, I build and run my own cloud lab environments in AWS and Azure — deploying infrastructure, configuring secure VPC networking, managing identity and access policies, and automating with Terraform. These aren't tutorials; they're environments I've built, broken, and rebuilt to understand how things actually work.
