[Feature request] Make Ctrl-C behave like Escape

Right now when the ask tool opens, ctrl+c doesn't do anything. I tend to press ctrl-c to escape out of ask tool. This is a habit I formed after using other agents like Codex CLI and Claude Code.

Could we have Ctrl-C do the same as what pressing Escape key does?

Implemented and released in v0.2.4.

Ctrl-C now cancels the ask flow in:

• the single-question inline UI
• the tabbed multi-question UI

It also works while editing an inline note, so the flow can be exited immediately with Ctrl-C.

Existing Esc behavior remains intact where it is used for local editor exit/cancel behavior.
