Unable to scroll upwards when prompt/context/options height exceeds terminal height

To reproduce

1. Open Pi
2. Prompt "use ask tool and give me a prompt with 3 options but the context must contain 120 new lines with each line containing numbers in ascending order" and hit Enter
3. Notice that in the ask tool that has appeared, the question prompt has moved out of the terminal's window space because the context around the question prompt is too long
4. Try scrolling upwards with mouse. Notice that it doesn't let you do that and it snaps back to the bottom

Not sure if this is a Pi issue or pi-ask-tool issue.

Terminal: Ghostty 1.3.1
pi-ask-tool: 0.2.4
pi: 0.64.0

I have the same issue on Ghostty in Linux also. Seems like the extension issue.
