Location of cursor

I'm not sure if I missed something. I'd like to know if it's possible to automatically place the cursor somewhere specified after generating the code by the snippet. For example, in a latex file, the cursor can be located inside both the \begin{} and \end{} to start typing immediately, as shown below:

This would be great feature add. For example for react hooks such as useEffect ->

useEffect(() => {
  %c%
}, []);

If this is the custom snippet, then the %c% would stand for where cursor should be located on snippet insertion.
