Fill new traceability information in ComponentInfo #196
Description
With #182 some traceability information was introduced into the Solicitor data model and the ComponentInfo structure. Up to now those traceability data is neither filled/written nor used in any reports.
Within this ticket a basic set of information should be defined and implemented to be put to the traceability information.
