User guide refers to internal coding detail (PackageURLHandler) which might me confusing #297
Description
The user guide contains a reference to PackageURLHandler in section https://github.com/devonfw/solicitor/blob/master/documentation/master-solicitor.asciidoc#49-cyclonedx. This is somehow confusing as the referenced interface name is some internal implementation detail which is unknown to the normal audience and it unclear what the implications of the given note is.
The note should be rephrased for better understanding.
