Add Create Scenario in Recommendation Feature File

As a ... developer
I need ... a Create Scenario in my recommendation feature file
So that ... I can determine if I have built my Create functionality correctly

Assumptions:

• Behave is installed
• There already exists a working Create functionality
• The following form fields will exist: Product Id, Rec Type Id, Rec Product Id, Weight

Acceptance Criteria:

Given ... a working Create scenario in my recommendation feature file
When ... I run behave on the feature file
Then ... I should know the state of the system before the user starts interacting with the system
And ... I should know that the Create action was performed
And... I should understand how the Create action relates to the E-Commerce Site's business value/benefit described in the feature file
