Setup Bluemix Pipeline to build and Deploy project

As a Developer
I need setup a Bluemix Pipeline to build and Deploy project when the master branch is updated
So that we can Continuous Integration into Bluemix

Assumptions:

• We are using Bluemix
• The Pipeline will be connected to our GitHub repository
• Add a Unit Test Stage to the pipeline to run your units tests with nosetests

Acceptance Criteria:

Given the Bluemix has been setup
When a new code is merged to master
Then master should automatically deploy to the build stage in Bluemix
