This PR removes the deprecated endpoint
/instances/<instance_id>/update/execute_ingress_message: PocketIC libraries should use the two endpoints/instances/<instance_id>/update/submit_ingress_messageand/instances/<instance_id>/update/await_ingress_messageto submit and then await an ingress message instead. E.g., the Rust does already so here.
