perf: BTreeMap: make range().count() more efficient

Problem:
BTreeMap::Iterator::count() implicitly uses BTreeMap::Iterator::next() which in some cases loads the map entry's value non-lazy.

Solution:
Explicitly reimplement BTreeMap::Iterator::count() so it does not load the value.
