clean up README #14
Description
In advance of UseR, ensure that the state of the project is clear upon first glance at the README. Some things to be sure are articulated clearly:
- experimental origin of package
- target scope (can't handle dynamic outputs which are instantiated at runtime (get_code() does not capture dynamically generated outputs #8), module handling is shaky (Proposals for shiny::callModule processing steps #2))
- installation is known to be burdensome (needs
BiocManagerforCodeDependspackage) (Improve installation proceedure #10) - implementation has grown organically, resulting in highly inefficient code (Streamline multiplicative syntax processing calls #7)
