Problem in loading structre files with pdfgui

This occurs when I try to load phase data (cif files) in pdfgui

Could you please specify the version and the OS?

It's probably caused by wrong file path parsing. You can see \\C:\\Users\\user\\Desktop\\pdfttp_data-main\\ch08NPRefinement\\data\\CdSe-Wurtzite.cif' is not correct. Need to figure out what's wrong with urllib on windows

Let's test if this is still a problem in the new 3.1.0rc release when it drops.

@Fil158 For the latest version of Python 3.13 (macOS M1), I am able to load .cif files.

I tried with this new version and also I can open the cif files correctly.
