Info bar should describe the current filter

The info bar across the top should update to describe the currently filter. Currently the text is always the same.

This is complicated to implement right now with too many bindings. Pushing to milestone 1.0.0 with a refactor in React / Flux. Removed the info bar for now with 7db41b5
