We should be able to view skill wheels for each of the 4 example profiles.

Additional context
This can be implemented in one of the following ways:

• JS only - Quick and messy - Copy the raw json into the javascript within the view template
• Django+template Create a separate "Demo/Example profile view endpoint in Django"
• Database of example/target profiles - Create a separate table of "User story" users which can then act later as target profiles for particular views.

Hi @sbland I think this (sub-)issue corresponds to what @davehorsfall asked me to look at in the discussion on #454, just checking if you've been working on this already/have a plan to do so?

@tdjames1 apologies I set this up and meant to follow up with a message. This issue was meant to cover the technical implementation while I think #454 is the creation of the template profile json (I think?).
I've started taking a look and will open a PR this evening but I was mostly just exploring ideas for how we would host example profiles in the future.

I think there are 2 sub issues here that we could also share out ...

• Create a page template for the profiles
• Find a way of hosting the data to display on the template.

@tdjames1 having caught up on the conversation in #454 it looks like this is already covered so feel free to close if you agree. I'll still open a PR with my work in case useful to compare approaches.

@sbland I agree that this should be a technical sub-issue to #454. I haven't had a chance to look at the issue yet and I don't want to re-do work that's already been done so if you have made some progress/explored some ideas then it would be good to see that. Thanks!
