A Slicer module for steered registration (based on Steve Pieper's Regmatic module).

For interactive registration:
1) Choose interaction action from action selections list: translation, scaling, rotation or recover to identity map.
2) Click "Interact" to enter interaction mode.
3) Click anywhere in the slice viewer window. Drag the forground image for alignment with background image, the transformation is updated in real time.
4) Click "Stop" to exit the interaction mode.  
5) Choose registration type from registration selections list: affine or bspline registration.
6) Click "Apply" to enter automatic registration mode.
