Hey Tim. You don't have to accept this pull request, but I figured that it would be a good mode for discussion.
I've restructured it to drop the test hook, which misses some cases for implicit flows in the info flow example. Instead, I've added a 'ctx' argument to the assign hook, which is the innermost condition that is a proxy. I think it makes the resulting code a little cleaner, though I'm still not convinced this is the right API either.
