Varregions do not display correctly

Hi there!

Just wanted to drop a line and say that I can't seem to get Varregions to show up properly in the map, I have this configured per your Wiki guideline on my grid.

As you should see in my screenshot the Varregion, a 10x10 gets loaded into the lower left sim and has a small tile. Instead of loading the proper tiles in the other parts of the region, the same tile is repeated. If you click into the adjacent sims on the map they show up as free regions. The same is happening in the smaller 4x4 Varregion to the left.

Any further info I can provide I will do so.

I will most likely not have time to look into this problem before 2023 but I have taken good note of the problem.
