a few test improvements
improved output formatting: use blank lines to separate "global" operations and module/kernel combos, do not put unneccessary blank lines into a single module/kernel combo
emit the signing prologue only once for autoinstall with multiple modules
do not make this into a release, yet, I have two more PRs queued up that need to be rebased after the formatting changes: some make.log changes, shuffling and updating tests, probably somthing more from my todo list
